Amish Furniture Specialties has been a quality Amish furniture retailer since 1993. Our products are purchased from Simply Amish, a collection of Amish furniture from 90 Amish shops building over 2000 unique items.

Our furniture is not built on an assembly line or in a factory. Every single piece is built with care and personal attention by Amish craftsman in small shops located on their homesteads. Once the Amish craftsman receives your order, building begins. Before your furniture leaves the shop, the builder makes sure that your furniture meets the high standards they demand. Each piece is truly unique.

The furniture is made one piece at a time for us by authentic Amish Craftsmen. You may purchase items from the showroom floor, or have the furniture built in your choice of oak, hickory, maple, walnut or quatrer-sawn white oak. There are 12 different color stains for most woods that you can choose from as well as an assortment of hardware and a case number of sizes/styles to go with your home decor. Amish Furniture Specialties was established in May of 1993. The original store served the Rockford, Il Metro area beginning with 2500 square feet. To meet the demands of the growing customer base, the store expanded to 6500 square feet. As the selection of furniture grew, so did the needs of the store's location. In the fall of 2000, we purchased land and started construction for a new and larger location. October of 2001 we moved into our current location of 16000 square feet.

Our goal is to provide a friendly, low-key customer environment where customers' needs and questions can be answered by our knowledgeable sales associates by showing you some of the highest quality wood furnishings that are available in today's market.
